DESCRIPTION:The long-term workforce shortage in Hudson and how we can help address it\n\n\n\nFamily Friendly Workplaces (FFW) Executive Director Neil Kline will be speaking about our regions long-term workforce shortage\, and how employers and communities can help address it. With a focus on demographics\, Neil will take this significant issue and explain how employers can become involved. \n\n\n\nNeil became the full-time Executive Director of FFW in 2022\, after part-time support since 2020. Under his leadership\, FFW's employer certification program grew\, and state grant funding was secured for talent attraction efforts.
